It's easy to change your UV lamp and filter

Your T6 needs regular maintenance to keep producing the best tasting, finest purity water. As with any filtration system, the filters need changing every 6 months, and as with any kettle, the T6 should be de-scaled every 6 months. The UV lamp which purifies the water giving the superior taste has to be changed every year.

All the necessary parts will be sent to you automatically when they’re due for replacement when you’re a member of our WaterClub  They will arrive in the post before your LCD screen indicates that exchange is required.   To make things easy, you automatically join the WaterClub upon purchase of your T6.

Simple and quick installation

It takes our WRAS (Water Regulation and Advisory Scheme) and EDWCA (European Point of Drinking Water Association) qualified technicians only 40 minutes to connect the T6 neatly to your mains water supply, set-it up and show you how it works (some installations may take longer, where additional work is required). The machine can be placed anywhere in your home – providing there is both power supply within 2 metres (Additional distance can be arranged if required) and mains water within 20 meters. The technicians will also personalise your T6, taking care of pre-set cup size, wake-up time in the morning and individual temperature settings.

We use only the highest quality copper insulation kits with non-return valves and pressure reduction facility, meaning there’s no risk of leaks!
